The meat market has been open to the public since 1891 and is a historical landmark in the state of Wisconsin. My dad (Jeff) has owned it for 37 years and is passing his knowledge on to myself (Ross). Together we run the shop and provide customers with custom cut meats and old fashioned sausage products. Cold smoking the sausage, hams, and bacons is a dying art and we are dedicated to continuing this form of meat curing.
