BRATWURST
Our homemade brats come in a variety of different flavors. While original, cheddy and polish are the favorites; others such as honey bbq, mango habanero and pineapple teriyaki are becoming quite popular. Let’s not forget about chorizo, italian, jalapeño cheddy and potato sausage. We also offer maple bacon or regular breakfast sausage.
SMOKED GOODS
We cold smoke our products with applewood the old fashioned way low and slow. Our summer sausage is the most popular item and the bacon is a must try. Don't forget about our bone-in or boneless hams they make a great meal for that special holiday feast.
BEEF
We offer a variety of fresh cut steaks daily (ribeye, new york strip, sirloin, and tenderlion). We will custom cut you a steak you won't forget. We also carry steak sandwiches (ground sirloin) and elk burgers in case you’re looking for something other than a hamburger.
DELI MEATS & SNACK ITEMS
We take time in curing and smoking our ham and turkey breasts. They make for a quick, but delicious lunch or dinner. We also carry snack sticks (jalapeno cheddar, cheddar or regular), beef jerky (original, teriyaki, brown sugar or peppered), as well as natural casing hotdogs and ring bologna.
CHICKEN & PORK
We offer a good selection in chicken and pork. Customers rave about our pork chops and chicken breasts saying how juicy and flavorful they are. We also carry back ribs, pork butts, pork steaks, and pork tenderloins. In chicken items you will find wings, legs, thighs and of course whole birds.
FISH
Our seafood selection isn't big but it is all wild caught. Tuna steaks are the hottest item with Argentinian red shrimp right on their tail. We also carry Canadian walleye fillets and Alaskan sockeye Salomon.
